Cantilever Formwork System

The cantilever formwork is a dedicated system developed for high-elevation pouring scenarios where through tie rods are unavailable, consisting of steel frame panels, cantilever brackets and an integrated working platform. No floor-standing scaffolding is required, and the angle of formwork and platform can be freely adjusted to adapt to complex elevations such as slopes and curved surfaces. It is widely used in hydraulic dams, bridge high piers and high-rise core tubes, greatly saving scaffold materials and erection costs while ensuring high-altitude operation safety.
Parameter Details
Application Scenario For high concrete pouring projects where through tie rods are not allowed, such as dams and docks
Structure Steel frame formwork panel + cantilever bracket + integrated working platform
Platform Feature Formwork and platform angle freely adjustable
Scaffolding No floor-standing scaffolding required
Compatibility Compatible with steel frame, timber and aluminum formwork panels
Tie Rod Option Usable with or without tie rod system

  • No floor scaffold, cost saving: Eliminates floor-standing scaffolding and working platform, greatly reducing scaffold material and labor cost.
  • Adjustable angle for slope work: Freely adjustable formwork and platform angle ensures safe and efficient inclined concrete construction.
  • Multi-panel compatible: Works with steel frame, timber and aluminum formwork panels to fit different project standards and budgets.
Hydraulic dams, docks and sluice piers; bridge high piers and abutments; climbing construction of high-rise building core tubes; all tall wall pouring projects where through tie rods are not applicable.
