Wind turbine foundation steel formwork is prefabricated steel formwork designed for mass concrete foundation pouring of onshore wind turbine towers. Made of high-quality thickened Q235 steel plate through CNC bending and seamless welding, it adopts a modular arc-shaped segment structure. It can be customized in foundation diameter, height and multi-step structure according to wind turbines of different power ratings, accurately controlling foundation roundness, verticality and surface flatness. With outstanding overall rigidity and lateral pressure resistance, it withstands the huge lateral pressure of mass concrete pouring. Featuring bolted quick-assembly structure, convenient disassembly and durable turnover, it adapts to complex field construction environments and is the core prefabricated tooling for wind power foundation construction.
