Wave-Resisting Stone Molds

Wave-resisting stone molds are prefabricated steel formwork designed for wave protection projects of ports, coasts and reservoirs, used for mass production of various concrete wave-dissipating components such as hollow four-legged blocks, accropodes, dolosse and tetrapods. Made of thickened Q235 steel plate via CNC bending and seamless welding, they can be fully customized in size and shape per project drawings. The precast wave-resisting stones feature standard contours and qualified strength, effectively absorbing wave impact and protecting embankment structures. With split quick-release design, smooth demolding and durable turnover, they are core prefabrication tooling for seawalls, river reservoirs and sea reclamation projects.
