The PANSOL ultra-high strength steel formwork is a full-steel modular formwork system designed for the global construction market. It is manufactured from high-strength steel plates through multiple precision processes including laser cutting, roll forming, laser welding and electrophoretic anti-corrosion treatment.
Consisting of five core components — face panel, stiffening rib, side rib, end rib and reinforced square tube, the system features high strength, great rigidity, tight joints, long service life, excellent structural integrity and superior seismic resistance. It is widely applicable for concrete pouring of walls, columns, elevator shafts and other structures, serving as a high-performance upgrade alternative to traditional wood formwork, conventional steel formwork and aluminum formwork.
