Hydraulic Climbing Formwork

Product Introduction
Pansol Hydraulic Climbing Formwork for Bridges is a self-climbing formwork system specifically designed for constructing high piers, pylons, and bridge towers. Using hydraulic cylinders, the system supports itself on the already cast concrete and lifts the entire working platform and formwork automatically, eliminating the need for crane assistance. It integrates formwork, working platforms, and safety protection into one unit, providing a safe, efficient, and precise solution for high-altitude bridge construction.

Product Advantages

1.Designed for Complex Bridge Structures

  • Suitable for various pier shapes: rectangular, diamond-shaped, variable cross-section pylons, inclined legs.
  • Adaptable to wall inclinations up to 15°, meeting the construction needs of cable-stayed and suspension bridge towers.

2.Crane-Independent, Time & Cost Saving

  • Hydraulic self-climbing system operates independently, freeing up tower cranes.
  • Single pour height up to 4.5-6 meters, adjustable climbing speed, significantly reducing construction cycles for high piers.

3.Enhanced Safety for High-Altitude Work

  • Fully enclosed working platforms with guardrails.
  • Multi-level platforms for rebar, concreting, curing, and finishing.
  • Wind load resistance: working condition up to 8-level wind, non-working condition up to 12-level wind.
  • Anti-leakage design at formwork joints ensures construction quality.

4.Superior Concrete Finish

  • High-strength steel panels or timber beam panels ensure smooth concrete surface.
  • Minimal joint misalignment, low leakage risk.
  • Supports full-section curing to prevent cracking in thick-walled pylons.

5.Modular Design, High Reusability

  • Modular components can be reconfigured for different bridge projects.
  • High turnover reduces long-term equipment costs.
  • Customizable colors (blue, red, green, etc.) upon request.
Application Fields

Pansol Hydraulic Climbing Formwork for Bridges is widely used in:

  • High pier construction for highway and railway bridges
