Pansol Hollow core slab girder steel formwork is a special formwork system used to form concrete hollow core slab girder structures in bridge construction, suitable for the construction of bridge hollow core slab girders of different shapes and sizes, especially suitable for small span bridges are used more often.
The formwork panels are usually made of steel plates not less than 5mm thick to provide sufficient strength and durability. In order to increase the stiffness of the formwork, channel steel will be used as the skeleton support. The surface of the formwork needs to be smooth and flat with tight joints to prevent leakage and ensure the quality of concrete pouring.
Product Specifications
Material: q235b steel, durable and reusable.
Delivery: Drawing design and OEM customization according to project requirements.
Panel thickness: 6mm or above.
Connecting accessories: bolts, supporting system, channel steel, etc.
Surface treatment: spraying anti-rust paint to minimize rusting of formwork.
Application engineering: concrete casting and molding of precast hollow core slab girder structure for bridges.
High strength: because of the use of high-quality steel, the components of the formwork are of high strength and can withstand various loads during the construction process, including mechanical vibration and the weight of concrete.
Tight splicing is not easy to deform: the plate of steel formwork is made with high precision, tight splicing, not easy to deform, which helps to ensure the quality of concrete pouring and structural integrity.
Overall structural stability: the template is stable in the process of use, not easy to be misplaced or damaged, which helps to improve the construction efficiency and quality.
