- 1.The installation of steel formwork should be carried out in accordance with the engineering drawing design standards, and more benchmark points should be raised for some load-bearing components and key structures to facilitate later engineering acceptance and review.
- 2.Temporary fixed structures that meet the requirements are required during the installation process to avoid collapse of the steel formwork during installation.
- 3.The support frame of the steel formwork should be set up on a solid building foundation and on the old concrete floor plan, with sufficient total area of support points. The throwing and supporting equipment should also have tightening measures to avoid rolling.
- 4.Longitudinal steel formwork and its load-bearing structure must be equipped with cushion blocks and drainage ditches at the foundation soil. At the same time, waterproofing work must be done well. For example, measures should be taken to solve the melting of frozen soil during construction in the natural environment of frozen soil layers.
- 5.When the span of a cast-in-place concrete beam exceeds four meters, the formwork should be offset. If there are no specific offset regulations, the relative height should be between 1/1000-3/1000 of the length.
- 6.The support rod of the steel formwork must not bend, and the connection with the anchor ring must be tightened. The embedded parts also need a certain compressive strength to bear various loads that may occur during construction.
- 7.The surface of the steel formwork cement soil should be smooth and tidy, with tight joints to ensure the flatness and compactness of the cast-in-place concrete after completion.
- 8.When constructing columns, pile caps, and walls, if there is a layered construction, the errors of the next layer should be checked step by step. The lower part of the steel formwork cannot be separated, and the centerline should be kept consistent.
- 9.The surface of the steel formwork should be wiped with a stripping agent, and at the same time, attention must be paid to avoiding contamination and corrosion caused by the stripping agent.
- 10.In order to protect the steel formwork from damage during transportation, waterproof and rainproof measures should be taken to ensure long-term rainwater erosion and damage during transportation.
